The images for the sandwiches, coke, and chips were supplied by the client, the art director supplied a composite sketch of what he envisioned. I used the 3D capabilities of Photoshop CS5 Extended to create the sandwich, chip and coke balloons, this allowed me to rotate and position the balloons until the art director was happy. After the balloon positions were approved I started the retouching, the seam was added around the balloons, then the wrinkles, reflections, glare, streamer, and confetti.
